You are invited to join the third annual Migratory Bird Day from our partners at the City and County of Broomfield’s Open Space and Trails. This year’s theme is Shared Spaces, and the event will take place near the southern side of Plaster Reservoir. Take a beginner-friendly birding tour around the reservoir and learn about avian identification, migration, and conservation practices. Then meet with local partner organizations to gain insights on ways to protect birds in Broomfield.
Prepare to be outside: wear closed-toed shoes, apply sunscreen, bug spray, and if you have your own binoculars please bring them! This event is FREE of charge and needs NO registration! Education for all ages, come fly by!
