“The W.O.L.F. Sanctuary Story” with Shelley Coldiron Shelley Coldiron has been the Executive Director of W.O.L.F. Sanctuary since July 2012. She has served on the W.O.L.F. Board of Directors since late 2011. The Sanctuary’s mission is to improve the quality of life for wolves and wolf dogs through: 1) saving captive-born wolves and wolf dogs in need to find placement for them at a sanctuary; 2) providing a lifelong home at W.O.L.F. in a natural habitat that considers each animal’s needs; and 3) providing the public with education about the plight of captive-born wolves and wolf dogs to foster greater understanding about their value. Dr. Coldiron will share information about the exciting work going on at W.O.L.F. Sanctuary and their current efforts to relocate the organization to the Red Feathers Lake area before the end of the year. At the new location, the organization will be open to the public with state-of-the-art facilities. This is an online event.
