DESCRIPTION:2026 Derby\nBroomfield’s Kids’ Fishing Derby has moved to the Spring season – please join us on Saturday\, May 2! This all-inclusive fishing event is great for beginners or experienced anglers alike. A brief introductory fishing clinic\, poles\, and bait are provided. Kids will enjoy a one-hour fishing session. The fishing poles and any fish caught may be taken home. Parent/guardian supervision is required. *Please note that the location has changed from previous years and will be held at Metzger Open Space and Farmstead! \nRegistration\nRegistration is required. Registrations will be monitored closely and children on the waiting list will be added when spots open up.
